These terms govern your use of Minimal Sudoku (the game), published by RedFoxApps (we, us). By installing or using the game you agree to them.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, modify or reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or change leaderboard scores.
• Do not use a player name that is offensive or that pretends to be someone else.
• Do not use the game to break the law or harm others.

Ads

The game contains ads. Some features, such as bonus experience points, may be unlocked by watching an ad. Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to their terms.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the game or parts of it, including the leaderboard. We aim to give notice of significant changes where we can.

Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the game means you accept the new terms.
