The rules for using Herd Out.
These terms govern your use of Herd Out (the game), published by RedFoxApps (we, us). By installing or using the game you agree to them.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes.
Free to play
Herd Out is free to download and play. This version has no ads and no in-app purchases. If we add them later, we will update these terms and our privacy policy before they appear.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify or reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it.
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Do not use the game to break the law or harm others.
Your progress
The game has no accounts. Your progress and settings are saved only on your device, so deleting the game or clearing its data removes them, and we cannot restore them.
Privacy and notifications
The game asks whether it may collect anonymous play data, and you can change that choice at any time from the home screen. If you allow notifications, the game shows reminders on your device when you have not played for a while, and you can turn them off in your device settings. Our privacy policy explains what is collected and why.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or parts of it, including while it is in testing. We aim to give notice of significant changes where we can.
Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the game means you accept the new terms.
