The app crashes or will not start. What should I do?
Update to the latest version from your app store, restart your device, and contact us with your device model and Android or iOS version if it continues.
I bought Numbrick Pro but it shows as locked. How do I restore it?
Connect to the internet, open Settings and tap Restore purchase, or use Restore on the Pro sheet. Use the same Google Play or Apple account you bought it with. Once restored, Pro stays unlocked offline.
My calculation history is gone. Can you recover it?
The paper tape is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it, and we cannot recover it because we never receive a copy.
