Numbrick terms.

The rules for using Numbrick.

Last updated

These terms govern your use of Numbrick (the app), published by RedFoxApps (we, us). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.

Acceptable use

  • Do not copy, modify or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
  • Do not try to unlock Numbrick Pro without buying it.
  • Do not use the app to break the law or harm others.

Purchases

Numbrick Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It is billed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, and refunds are handled by the store you bought it from. You can restore Numbrick Pro on another device signed in to the same store account with Restore purchase in Settings. On the App Store, Numbrick Pro supports Family Sharing.

Accuracy of results

We work to make every result correct, and Numbrick checks its answers, but no calculator is free of errors. Check important results, such as those used for exams, finance, engineering or health, by another method before relying on them.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the app or parts of it. We aim to give notice of significant changes where we can.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses caused by an incorrect result. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
