The game crashes or will not start. What should I do?
Update to the latest version from your app store, restart your device, and contact us with your device model and Android or iOS version if it continues.
My cannon is not firing. Is something wrong?
A cannon only fires at blocks of its own color that it can reach. If a block is buried under another layer, the cannon waits until that layer is gone, and the rest of the toy turns into view as it spins. A level jams when every position is taken and no cannon has a target.
I bought something but it shows as locked. How do I restore it?
Connect to the internet and use Restore purchases in the game's settings, with the same Google Play or Apple account you paid with.
