Voxel Blaster terms.

These terms apply to your use of Voxel Blaster (the game), published by RedFoxApps (we, us). Voxel Blaster has not been released yet; these terms describe how we plan to run it and will be updated before launch. By installing or playing the game you agree to them.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for your own use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game.

Acceptable use

Do not use cheats, bots, or modified versions of the game, and do not try to interfere with the game, its servers or other players. We may limit or remove access if you do.

Ads

The game contains ads. Some ads are optional and give you a reward if you watch them. Ads are provided by third parties.

Purchases

The game offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled through the store. You can restore earlier purchases in the game on the same store account.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop the game, and some features may need an internet connection. We do not promise the game will always be available.

Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the game.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page.
